1. The service

Manguage is a study tool that helps you learn Japanese vocabulary from manga you own. Distribution and purchases are handled by the App Store and Google Play under their respective terms.

2. Your content and copyright

You are responsible for the manga and other material you import. Use Manguage only with content you own or are permitted to use, for your own private study. Do not use it to circumvent technical protection measures, and do not share, upload or redistribute copyrighted material through the app.

3. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or use it in violation of applicable law.

4. No warranty

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Translations and generated study material are provided for learning and may contain errors.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sakiparu is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

6. Changes

We may update these terms; the “Last updated” date will reflect any change. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
